Muzeo

Home to the Anaheim Historical Society and rotating contemporary art exhibits

Located in Anaheim’s Ctr City district within walking distance of the Anaheim Packing House and the Center Street Promenade (Okayama Kobo, House of Chimney Cakes), Muzeo is a “museum and cultural center” hosting three exhibition areas spread across two buildings: one permanent exhibit of memorabilia, photographs, and documents celebrating the local history of Anaheim – transferred from the former Anaheim Museum when Muzeo replaced it in 2007 – and two art exhibits. When we visited in mid-2025, one exhibit (“Marvelocity”) showed off the Marvel Comics-focused works of master artist Alex Ross, and other featured gorgeous, nature-inspired monochromatic paintings and objects made by Kyunae Kang during her local residency at Muzeo.

Admission requires paid tickets and most likely paid parking, unless you’re lucky enough to grab one of the small number of free spots outside the district’s several parking garages. Expect to spend about an hour seeing the three exhibits, or more if you want to look deeply into the historic Anaheim memorabilia or videos from the rotating exhibits.
