Brodard’s menu canvasses northern and central Vietnamese dishes, enabling guests to sample many of the country’s most famous specialties, and though Brodard Express is a lot more limited, it’s a great option for airport dining.

At Brodard Express, you can get the original restaurant’s famous, unfried rice paper and pork sausage nem nuong rolls and multiple other spring rolls – employees are actually hand-making them on the spot – as well as banh mi sandwiches, bun vermicelli bowls, colorful macarons, apple danishes, and other pastries. Their prices are pretty reasonable by airport standards, too; only a little higher than dining at Brodard itself.
