Currently under construction in Anaheim near the Honda Center and Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC), the 100-acre OCVIBE campus will initially integrate a “day-to-night” food hall with 21 kitchens and six bar/lounge spaces (Katella Commons), an as-yet-unnamed concert hall with 5,000 seats, an office building (“The Weave”), large-scale art installations, and an “urban park” with a digital waterfall and media wall – all with modern designs. Additional plans for OCVIBE include an “art loop” walking trail and meadow park, over 500 hotel rooms spread across two hotels, over 2,000 residences, another collection of dining experiences, and further entertainment venues, including a 300-seat resurrection of the Golden Bear, a music and comedy nightclub previously located in Huntington Beach.
OCVIBE’s first phase is currently scheduled to open in “early 2027,” including restaurants, office tenants, and the park; residences will become available in 2028, with full completion scheduled for 2033. Four parking garages (including ones already open) will offer 8,000 parking spaces, with rideshare services and ARTIC offering transportation in and out of the area. We’ll add more photos and details as OCVIBE’s plans and renderings become reality.
