Immediately next to Newport Beach’s Lido Isle and only minutes away from Balboa Island, Lido Marina Village is a half-century-old shopping and dining center at the intersection of Via Lido and Newport Boulevard. Boutique retailers including Aesop, Elysewalker, Clare V., and Le Labo alternate with luxury reseller The RealReal, a bookstore, and fitness centers, while a row of restaurants enjoy waterfront views. With famed sushi restaurant Nobu at one end and Swedish/global Skål Pizza at the other, neighbors overlooking a harbor full of boats include the French-inspired Zinqué, seafood house Circle Hook, craft beer/wine/small plate space Lido Bottle Works, and farm-to-table restaurant Malibu Farm.
Parking is available through a paid garage and less expensive adjacent street spaces. Any on-site purchase includes an hour of free garage validation; spending $250 or more makes garage parking completely free. Note that despite their proximity to Lido Marina Village, the landmark Lido Theater and some of the area’s best-known cafes and restaurants are actually in immediately neighboring Via Lido Plaza, which has its own parking lot and street spots, or nearby and unaffiliated (Blue Bottle Coffee).
