Diana’s Bakery and Donuts (formerly Efren’s Bakery)

We’re sharing photos mostly because their cakes, cookies, and brownies looked pretty nice, and caught our eye when we were exploring other places in the plaza. Unfortunately, literally everything we tasted – Tres Leches and carrot cakes, brownie and cookie – was disappointing, as if it had been sitting too long, or never great to begin with. We haven’t returned, but the selection of items struck us as being distinctive enough from offerings at Mercado Gonzalez Northgate’s pasteleria that some people might want to explore it.
